Police Mentoring

In collaboration with the City of Oakley, we host the Oakley Police Mentoring Program, an interactive series of sessions where high school students learn about law enforcement practices and procedures, new trends in the field, and get first-hand experience in police work. For many students this is their first exposure to law enforcement staff, which includes ride-along and participating in training simulators to understand how to best navigate situations. This is a great opportunity to learn more about law enforcement as a career or to understand what goes into police procedures or practices.
